JESSICA KREMER LOCHOW, FNP-C
Jessica Kremer Lochow, FNP-C, is a dedicated nurse practitioner with a diverse clinical background spanning orthopedics, cardiology, neurotrauma, stroke care, critical care, and perioperative services. She began her nursing career in 2014, where her experience at the bedside shaped her understanding of the significant role lifestyle plays in the development and progression of many chronic diseases. This insight inspired her to advance her training and focus on disease prevention and long-term health optimization.
Jessica earned her Master’s degree from the Beth-El College of Nursing and Health Sciences at the University of Colorado Colorado Springs. She provides comprehensive care to families, adolescents, and adults, with a strong emphasis on preventive medicine. Her approach centers on empowering patients through evidence-based education, enabling them to make informed decisions about their health and well-being.
She resides in Franktown, Colorado, with her husband, son, dog, and two cats. Outside of her clinical work, Jessica enjoys volunteering with her church, hiking, baking, traveling, and birding.
She is currently accepting new patients ages 12+.

She received her bachelor’s of nursing from the University of Colorado Colorado Springs in 2014. She graduated with her master’s degree in nursing in 2021. She is board certified Family Nurse Practitioner.
